Ms Latka works as researcher for EuroCARE GmbH in the project Sustainable Eaters. Her research interests are sustainable food consumption, agri-food policies and their impacts on food security and the environment. In her dissertation she focused on these topics at the Chair of Economic and Agricultural Policy, University of Bonn.
