Overview
In this project the CAPSIM model has been extended and updated by:
- Regional extension (Turkey, improvements for Bulgaria and Romania)
- new methodological features (gross trade specification with simplified TRQ treatment, updates for subsidised exports, revised parameterisation on labour, land, price linkage with candidate countries)
- improved user-friendliness
Furthermore the project included projections and simulations of candidate country accession scenarios and dairy reform scenarios.
Contributions of EuroCARE
EuroCARE GmbH was coordinating while ILR was responsible for database updates.
